Tanya Mayar is a seasoned HR and Project Management leader with over 17 years of experience helping businesses optimize their people strategies and operations. Based in Montreal, Canada, she has worked across global and regional HR functions, specializing in HR business partnering, organizational design, leadership development, and strategic project execution.
Encouraged by working closely with executives and leadership teams, Tanya brought her high energy and passion for people-focused solutions to every challenge. After 16 years in corporate HR, she saw an opportunity to enhance the way businesses approach their people operations. She founded HR Solutions to help companies build strong, engaged teams through customized HR strategies that drive sustainable growth.
